Please note that submissions sent by email will not be accepted; all nominations must be submitted through the above link. The nomination guide is attached for your reference.

### Important Deadlines

- Nomination deadline: Oct 15

- Student online application deadline: Oct 30

Once the nomination has been reviewed and approved by our university, the nominated students will receive an email from us with detailed instructions for the online application. After their nomination is approved, students may proceed with the online application at any time before the application deadline.

### Slot Occupancy

Students who accept the admission offer but withdraw for personal reasons will still occupy the exchange quota of your university.

### Academic Calendar

The spring Semester is from March to June. The official academic calendar will be published on our website once finalized. Please check for updates at:
