Greetings from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China. Starting from Fall 2019, UIBE will use an online system for nomination.

The exchange application for our Spring 2020 semester begins, please kindly fill out the NOMINATION LINK no later than Oct. 20th, 2019. Please check our newly required nomination form attached, which should be filled out accordingly to the sample provided and uploaded to the online system. Please be aware that wrong format of nomination form could result to delay in nomination process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure your nominated students’ passport will be valid through their whole exchange program. If not, please have them renew their passport FIRST and nominate with their new passport number. Please kindly remind them to apply online with their valid passport number. Passport renewal should be done BEFORE nomination and application.

Besides, a scanned official nomination letter on your letter head is needed, according to our new admission policy. On this letter, please indicate the basic information of your outgoing students and their planned study duration at UIBE. This form will be also needed when your students apply online.

If you have already emailed the nomination document to GEEC, we would appreciate your effort to SUBMIT them again WITH needed documents through the NOMINATION LINK. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

After nomination, we will email the nominated students with more detailed instruction and information about life and study at UIBE.

           Online Application system will be available from now till October 30th, 2019. Each student has to complete the online application. It is strongly recommended that students follow the guidance to complete online application (attached below).

           Spring 2020 Semester Starts from Feb. 20, 2020 to Jun. 26, 2020, and the finalized academic calendar can be found later here: http://geec.uibe.edu.cn/ywsy/calendar/index.htm

           On-campus Accommodation: With the completion of the new dormitory building, we will have adequate accommodation for our incoming students in Spring 2020 semester. The application will start after we get all nomination and the final confirmation will be posted to the website in November 2019. If no application received, we would also respect students’ own arrangement.

           Wechat Account: Each student needs to set up a Wechat account (instant messenger app) and add “UIBE_Incoming” as friend no later than Dec. 31, 2019.

           Buddy Program: application will start from December 2019, and an UIBE Chinese student will be assigned to each incoming student as a buddy no later than Jan. 31, 2020.  

           Mailing Admission letter: No later than Jan.15, 202
