Our on-campus accommodation application for 2018 Fall semester now starts. Please note the follow issues for staying on campus:

 

• Room Type and rate:

A: University On-campus Dormitory (80 beds available for the first 80 applicants on a “first-come-first-serve basis)  

Double room with two single beds

Double rooms are located in Huibin Apt., Huicai Apt., Huide Apt. and International Plaza

Rate range: 50-85 RMB/ Day/ Person

B: Hotel Rooms nearby (for application after the university dormitory rooms are booked up)

Double room with two single beds

Hotels are within 5-minute walking distance

Rate: 80RMB/Day/Person (Original Price: 150 RMB/ Day/ Person, UIBE covers the price difference)

 

• Application and confirmation:

• Application link: find this link in our greeting email sent to you on June 1.
• Application Deadline: June 15, 2018
• Own arrangement accepted. On-campus accommodation application is NOT a must for every exchange student. If you have your own arrangement, please DO NOT apply. If you don’t have your own arrangement and did not submit your application before June 15, 2018, we will assume you have your own arrangement.
• Confirmation. Our confirmation will be released on our web page by June 20, 2018. http://geec.uibe.edu.cn/ywsy/eventsnew/index.htm 

 

• Check-in will be available from Aug. 26^th, 2018

 

• Check-in Procedures

-Check-in at UIBE Housing Department: Lobby, A Wing, International Plaza

-Show the required documents Admission letter and Passport

    -Submit copy of the passport and visa

-Pay 2000RMB deposit (Cash ONLY) and keep its receipt for getting back the deposit when you check out

-Pay rent for the first month

-Sign the Agreement for residence on campus

-Due to our limited housing resources, rooms will be randomly assigned to you on a “first-come-first-serve” basis.
