Our new dormitory will be open to our exchange students soon, and on-campus accommodation application for 2018 Spring semester now starts. Please note the follow issues for staying on campus:

 

1. Room Type and rate:

Double room with two single beds

Double rooms are located in Huibin Apt., Huicai Apt., Huide Apt. and new International Education Building

Rate range: 35-90 RMB/ Day/ Person

 

2. Application and confirmation:

• Own arrangement accepted. On-campus accommodation application is not a must for every exchange student. If you have your own arrangement, please DO NOT email your application to us. If you don’t have your own arrangement and fail to email your application before Nov.30, 2017, we will assume you have your own arrangement.
• Confirmation. Our confirmation will be released on our web page by Dec. 15, 2017. If you applied but not find your name, please contact us at the first time. http://geec.uibe.edu.cn/ywsy/eventsnew/index.htm

 

3. Check-in will be available from Feb. 24^th, 2018

 

4. Check-in Procedures

-Check-in at UIBE Housing department: Lobby, A Wing, International Education Building

-Show the required documents Admission letter and Passport

    -Submit copy of the passport and visa

-Pay 2000RMB deposit (Cash ONLY) and keep its receipt for getting back the deposit when you check out

-Pay rent for the first month

-Sign the Agreement for residence on campus (attached in this annex)

-Due to our limited housing resources, rooms will be randomly assigned to you on a “first-come-first-serve” basis.
