The exchange application for our 2018 Spring semester begins, please kindly fill out our newly required nomination form (see attachment) and email it to incoming.uibe2016@yahoo.com no later than Oct. 30, 2017.

Besides, a scanned official nomination letter on your letter head is needed, according to our new admission policy. On this letter, please indicate the basic information of your outgoing students and their planned study duration at UIBE. This form will be also needed when your students apply online.

After nomination, please kindly remind your students of the following issues and timelines, and we will also email them with more detailed instruction after the nomination.

• Online Application system will be available from Oct.25, 2017 till Nov. 30, 2017. Guidance to online application could be found in this attachment.

• 2018 Spring Semester Starts from Feb.26, 2018 to June 30, 2018, and the academic calendar can be found in this attachment.
• On-campus Accommodation: With the completion of the new dormitory building, we will have adequate accommodation for our incoming students from 2018 Spring semester. The application will not start until we get all nomination, and its deadline is Oct. 30, 2017. The final confirmation will be posted to the website by the end of November. If no application received, we would also respect students’ own arrangement.
• Wechat Account: Each student needs to set up a Wechat account (instant messenger app) and add “UIBE_Incoming” as friend no later than Dec. 31, 2017.
• Buddy Program: If interested in finding a buddy, please email your application to geek_uibe@163.com no later than Nov. 30, 2017, and an UIBE Chinese student will be assigned to you as a buddy no later than Dec. 31, 2017.
• Mailing Admission letter: by mid-January, 2018
