Welcome to UIBE. To have an access to cafeteria, library on campus, you may need to have a campus E-card. For making the E-card, Information and Picture are needed. Please email the following documents to buddy_program@163.com NO LATER THAN Mar.6^th.

a)       Information collection form (in the attachment)

b)      Digital ID picture. 

1)      Name the picture with your UIBE Student ID Number (17G****)

2)      Picture format: JPG, size < 50 kilobytes.

c)       The subject of the Email should be “2017S+ E-card+ Your Name”

d)      If you have already had E-card from 2016 Fall semester, you don’t need to do this again.
