VUB 布鲁塞尔自由大学与CSC 国家留学基金管理委员会合作的博士研究生奖学金项目开始在线申请了，截止日期是2015年2月16日。

      今年VUB 布鲁塞尔自由大学公布的博士职位空缺各学科多达一百二十多个，欢迎学生踊跃申请！在VUB 布鲁塞尔自由大学与国家留学基金管理委员会的合作范畴中也包括访问学者和博士后，所以本校老师和教授也可申请赴VUB 布鲁塞尔自由大学访学！

      请注意，下面链接里的博士职位空缺大部分都是允许 Joint PhD，而且基金委也同意在两校协定的基础上申请该奖学金进行双博士学位的项目。所以，如果有教授愿意进行双博士的联合培养可以与VUB同老师联系（xiaohong.tong@vub.ac.be）。如果在这个博士空缺里找不到满意的课题但是已经找到VUB 布鲁塞尔自由大学教授同意接受学生，VUB可以再添加新的博士空缺。

      博士研究生申请是必须要经过VUB 布鲁塞尔自由大学在线申请系统，被VUB 布鲁塞尔自由大学录取的学生于3月份在CSC网站进行申请。 具体申请步骤介绍见下方以及相关链接。有意向访学的老师需要将访学课题及简介，英文简历和一封给教授的动机信发给VUB同老师联系（xiaohong.tong@vub.ac.be），由同老师协助联系相关课题的教授。

Please follow the procedure below to start your application for VUB-CSC scholarship programme:

Step 1: Find a PhD vacancy at VUB (the link below):

If you cannot find a vacancy you are interested in this list, but found our professor who is interested in your proposal, please contact us. We will help you to check if it is possible to add more vacancies.

Step 2: Before you start the online application, please download the instruction for the online application by clicking here, or the link below:

Step 3: Start online application for a VUB PhD programme (please read carefully the instruction mentioned above for the correct procedure) by clicking here, or the link below:

Step 4: Make sure that you complete your online application before 16^th Feb 2015.

Step 5: You will receive the confirmation email from VUB if you are accepted as the PhD candidate at VUB or not. If you are accepted, you will receive the offer letter from VUB. Then, you need to start the application with the VUB offer letter on CSC website between 20 March and 5 April 2015:

Step 6: Compete your application on CSC website before 5 April 2015.

Step 7: In May 2015, you will receive the confirmation from CSC if you are accepted for scholarship or not.

Step 8: Upon confirmation of final candidates sent by CSC, VUB will send the official admission letters to the final candidates.

Step 9: With the admission letter and other required documents, you can apply for a Belgian visa.

Step 10: Arrival Brussels and start your PhD at VUB in September 2015. We will provide you all information for preparing your arrival in Brussels.
