二，项目介绍(以国际交流中心通知公告为准)

 

名额：2人

遴选范围：外语学院 法语专业 本科生

访问时间：一学年

授课语言：法语

入学时间： 每年9月

三，本校申请(以国际交流中心通知公告为准)

 

 

 

（一）申请条件：

 

 

1. 出国时，至少完成两年学业。GPA不低于3.5

 

 

2. 语言要求：英语：托福不低于95，雅思不低于6.5（单科不低于6），法语：不低于B2

 

 

3. 身体健康，能圆满完成学习任务。

 

 

（二）申请流程：

 

 

1.学生向所在学院提交申请的纸质材料，汇总到院办需提交：

 

 

1）对外经济贸易大学海外交换及访问项目学生申请表（见国际交流中心网站http://geec.uibe.edu.cn/docs/20200108083723341173.xls，需学院相关人员签字盖章以及家长本人签字，若家长在外地者，需家长亲自签字后扫描发给学生，由学生递交扫描件的打印版）
2）成绩单中、英文版复印件（教务处或档案馆版本均可，成绩单上须显示平均分或GPA。教务处位于诚信楼六楼；档案馆（只周二、周四办公）位于科研楼四楼，至少需要一周时间）
3）外语水平证明（托福或雅思成绩单复印件）
4）在读证明复印件（教务处或档案馆版本均可，档案馆开具成绩单约需一周时间，因外方院校以及申请签证均需此证明，建议至少办理两份）
5）护照个人信息页（包括签名页）

*以上材料中申请表须学院签字盖章，申请表以及其他资料向所在学院提交。每位同学的所有纸质资料请用回形针夹好，放入单片文件夹（塑料、透明、无扣、无夹）中。

 

 

2.学院进行院内遴选。向国际交流中心提交书面推荐函（附学生名单）。推荐函应由院长或者主管教学及学生事务的院领导签字。

 

 

3.学生提交电子材料（1份Excel表+一份PDF文件）（所有PDF文件按顺序彩色扫描成一个PDF，大小不超过1M，命名为“姓名+派出时间（如15年春）+交换院校名称+本校申请文件”，发送到国际交流中心邮箱outgoing_uibe@163.com，邮件主题亦为“姓名+派出时间（如15年春）+交换院校名称+本校申请文件”）

一份Excel表包括：

1）对外经济贸易大学对等交换项目学生基本信息表（Excel表，本网页下载信息栏，学生基本信息（中文）+提名信息（英文）须填写完整，该信息表必须与提交的“对外经济贸易大学海外交换及访问项目学生申请表”内容完全一致，若不一致则不予录取）

一份PDF文件包括：

2）上述1纸质材料中所有材料（PDF）

3）个人自述（PDF,中英文）（个人自述应包括个人信息以及对目标院校的地理位置、交通状况、优势专业、住宿情况等说明，打印后签名）。

4）个人简历中英文（PDF,小四字号，一页，打印后签名），小语种应另行提交该语种版本

5）护照个人信息页（包括签名页）（PDF）

*以上电子材料请发送到国际交流中心邮箱（outgoing_uibe@163.com）。

 

 

4.学校进行复核。必要时统一组织复试，具体时间、地点另行通知。

 

 

5.国际交流中心发布初步录取名单。 中心会为获得提名资格的同学发提名信息确认邮件，收到提名信息确认邮件的同学可下载“学生信息”，填写学生基本信息与提名信息两个表，然后发回国际中心邮箱。对方学校最终决定录取人选。录取结果将在国际交流中心网站公布。之后请配合对方院校提出的相关要求进行申请的进一步工作

 

 

6.正式录取后，开始准备签证材料。向国际交流中心提交《对外经济贸易大学学生出境申请表》，参加学校组织行前指导。

7.本校申请截止日期：秋季入学申请截至3月10日 。

 

 

四，对方学校申请

Academic calendar:

- Undergraduate programme level 3 and level 4:

Fall semester: Beginning of September - End of December

Spring semester: beginning of January  / End of January - end of April / Mid May

 

- Postgraduate programme level 5:

Fall semester: Beginning of September - End of December

Spring semester: Mid January - end of April.

 

The orientation week prior to the start of the classes is mandatory for all the international students.

We also kindly remind the students that they are required to stay the entire semester including the exam period.

 

Nomination form

Once the students have been nominated, we kindly ask you to send back the attached nomination form by email to Amparo Reig Martinez (amparo.reig-martinez@esc-rennes.fr ).

If you have already received response from us regarding your nominations of students for the autumn semester, there is no need to nominate the students again.

 

Application form

The attached application form must be signed  and stamped by the Institution  . A copy will be sent  by e-mail amparo.reig-martinez@esc-rennes.fr. and the original copy by post.

 

Courses

A compulsory on-line registration session will take place prior to the start of semester . Students will be informed by email and a password and login will be given to them. Failure to do so, the choice of classes will not be considered.

Visa

It is strongly recommended to start the visa process as soon as the students have received the acceptance letter, so as to avoid any delay/refusal. The sooner we receive the fully completed applications, the sooner they will be able to receive the acceptance letter and start the visa process. We remind you that a tourist visa CAN NOT be accepted. The visa MUST cover the entire period of study at ESC Rennes in reference to the letter of acceptance each student will receive
