外经贸海外校园行-2013寒假项目(UIBE Winter Camp in Spain)报名通知

一、项目简介

我校与西班牙胡安卡洛斯国王大学（URJC）合作，首次推出了本期寒假西班牙访学项目，将带你进入神秘、浪漫、热情的西班牙国度。全程使用英文作为工作语言，可无语言障碍深度了解当地风土人情和文化教育。行程包括热点经济话题讲座，政府机构和知名企业的深入参观，充满激情的实践活动和有趣的旅行。走访友好院校这一环节能够让未来有意向去西班牙深造学习的同学提前感受校园氛围。

二、项目内容

以下为本次项目的参考方案，总体时间已经确定，部分行程可能根据实际情况进行微调。

*根据教务处通知，本学期本科生考试时间推迟两天，为此本项目举行时间也相应推迟。请已报名同学关注！

以下为更新后日程安排：

三、报名条件

1、  对外经贸大学在校学生

2、  参加项目的同学应具有良好的英语听说能力，以保证参与效果。

3、  具有高度的团队意识，合作宽容，乐于沟通交流，独立生活能力强。

参团人数20人左右。

四、项目费用

项目费包括以下内容，总计23867元人民币：

（1） 住宿，马德里住国王大学校内宿舍（2人间，不含早），其他城市住青年旅馆（含早3人间）；

（2）全程大巴服务，包括马德里、巴塞罗那、萨拉戈萨、塞哥维亚、托莱多等处市区及周边参观、访问。个别情况会安排马德里公共交通体验；

（3）当地英文导游、司机全程费用；

(4) 弗拉门戈表演、景点门票（马德里皇宫、普拉多博物馆、托莱多大教堂、塞哥维亚Alcazar、巴塞罗那圣家族教堂、Teatro Liceo）

(5) 国王大学安排的讲座、参观考察等；

(6) 机票.目前预算为含税8000元，以实际支付出票为准，多退少补；

其他还需自理的费用为：

（1）       餐费(粗略预算为：15-25欧元/人/天)

（2）       签证费（60欧元）

2013 UIBE Winter Camp in Spain

Program Introduction

The program is organized by GEEC of UIBE, in associated with Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

(URJC) in Madrid. If you do have the interest to explore the mysterious, romantic and passionate aspects of the country, just join us in the coming January, 2013. The working language is English.  The schedule includes lectures on hot economic topics, visits to other UIBE partner unversities, well-known companies/organizations, and of course, the fantastice must-to-go sightseeing spots in or near Madrid、Barcelona and Zaragoza.

Please see attached the priliminary schedule of the program. Please be aware that there would some minor changes to the final schedule. We surely will keep you updated.

Requirements on Applicants

(1)   full-time registered degree students of UIBE;

(2)   Good English language proficiency, oral and listening;

(3)   High team spirit, willing to cooperate and communicate;

Fees

No exact budget is available at current stage. For your refernce, the suggested amount is ￥23867. The program fees includes items below:

(1)    Accommodation (university dorm or hostel, 2-3 people share one room)

(2)    Bus and driver service.

(3)    local English-speaking guide

(4)    Tickets for shows and sightseeing

(5)    Lectures, company visits

(6)    Round-trip Intl airfares

These items are NOT included:

(1)    Meals

(2)    Visa fee
